3ds anemone theme

So I have followed the 3ds hack guide about 1.5 - 2 years ago on my N2DS, and it has been running flawlessly with everything I've thrown at it. But, until recently, I noticed that I can't change to regular 3DS themes, only Anemone themes(I bought MGS3 on the nintendo store, and wanted to use, or at least try, the exclusive theme).
