Super.com is bullshit of the highest order. They are scam artists you are better off calling the hotel or getting you tickets or reservations at a more reputable site they just took $200.00 dollars from me. They say if you need to cancel your reservation you need to purchase $20.00 cancelation insurance which I did.

I’ve missed their cancellation date even tho I wasn’t booked to stay until 5 more days. I was cancelling bc of bedbugs! This particular hotel has bedbugs. Update: I have received my E-ticket just short of 8 hours from initial purchase and everything checks out with the airline. So far so good! Saving around £150 from direct booking via the airline. What a scam got stuck in Charlotte because pilots had timed out. Took a latter flight and didn’t arrive in Seattle until next morning. Called Comfort Inn Sea Tac and was told I had to cancel with original booking company. Called ALGOTELS explaining it wasn’t our fault but they wouldn’t refund our money.
