Ark survival single player settings

Check the privileges for the config-files. They might be read-only or something, so everytime you start your game, it loads the settings from your config but the game itself cant actually write those setting to the config so every time you restart the game, the old settings gets loaded in. #2.

I compensated for how much I play the game and adjusted the raising multiplier accordingly, so that if it takes me 3 days to raise something on official, it takes me 3 days to raise it on Singleplayer.
