The Zelle app just kept saying to link CapitalOne, but choosing CapitalOne just opened the CapitalOne app where there was no way to interact with Zelle. She called CapitalOne and they said she had the wrong type of checking account to use Zelle, and they made her open a new checking account just so she could receive the money.
