Wibel- Frehse, 89, of Peru passed away on Monday, January 15, 2024 at Dukes Memorial Hospital. She was born January 24, 1934 in Wabash, Indiana to Rolland A. Young and Deloris (Brunn) Young. She married Walter Frehse in April of 2005 and he survives.
