It will shift but you really have to jam it into gear. A lot of guys recommend Rotella 15w40 diesel oil. It doesnt have the friction modifiers that regular car oils have that cause clutch slippage. I use Honda oil, and the Honda oil filter.The difference is ES is a manual shift, tranny like your foot shifter only its shifted with an electric motor instead of your foot.
