Carburetor adjustment. I have a 2005 Rubicon 500 and it sat for a couple years. Cleaned the tank, new filter in the tank, soaked the carb for a few days, blew everything out and it fired right up. I've got the idle set but when I rev it up it stumbles at the bottom end and pops when you let off.
