Solved. My xFi pod's ethernet isn't showing a connection on my computer. It usually does show a connection and now it's not. I've connected it to the app and restarted the pod and the gateway multiple times and still nothing changes with the connection to my computer. I also bought a new ethernet cable to make sure and still nothing.
