It's not a fuse in the TIPM, replaced IOD fuse, checked all others. It's not the tune, flashed back to stock last night, same issue ( i didn't think it was this but also had to check for the simple solution to check a possibility off of the list. ) PS hemifever is the only way to go, best tune ever.
