Just started playing, got Staltus Dragonbane in a blue shard as my first legendary. Is he good and what artifacts should I give him? Just rolled this guy. I started playing about a week ago and I'm just wondering what artifacts and stuff I should give him. He's my first and only legendary so I am going to put him on the team regardless.
