JRA is a great choice and the 19.25" is nice vs. the SAI Scout length as you can remove the gas system without taking off the flashhider! I am building a JRA 19.25" now using the JRA barreled receiver and USGI components. I knew of Fulton, Springfield, Bula, Norinco, and James River.Didn’t mean to offend about the “better than average” comment. I wasn’t aware a box stock M14 was as accurate as your talking. I was worried a well worn USGI parts kit would possibly yield less than desirable accuracy, same thing with a rifle made from a country which was known for cheaper alternatives and questionable quality at one point.
