Kawasaki kfx 50 problems

I've got a KFX 90 that won't start. I'm getting no spark. I've had issues with it for a while, but they are intermittent. It runs fine, put it away, a few days or a week later it won't fire. A few more weeks, it worked fine. I took it to a tech, a rather substantial jolt when unloading it from the truck, and it worked fine for them.

Here is a list of what I've down so far to try to solve the problem: ~Checked Timing. ~Valves are good. ~Compression is good. ~Timing is good. ~ Put in new starter clutch (had metal shaving particles) ~New coil, cap and spark plug. I'm not sure what the problem may be. There's a thread on here when the 450s just came out of a guy having water in one the connection and it cause the fan not to come on.
