The quad starts up really easy, barely even need to choke it. The carbs have been cleaned, stretched the choke springs,checked the boots on and off the ...

1) Idles with the choke on. 2) Idles with the a/f screw turned all the way out. 3) Idles briefly with carb cleaner. Based on this information, I think it can be narrowed down to the idle circuit. There are 2 ports in the front of the carburetor. One is the idle circuit air bleed and the other is the main jet air bleed.Take a small sheet metal or wood screw, screw it into the hole you drilled, and pull the plug out.
