ive heard that macallan is the source of kirklands 21 year old single malt. this, however, is a blended scotch and will be made from whiskey of multiple distilleries, one of which might be macallan, although i doubt macallan would ration anything away for 21 years only to be used in a blended bottle. picked up a bottle yesterday. will try tonight.
