This document is a reference for options available in the Klipper config file. The descriptions in this document are formatted so that it is possible to cut-and-paste them into a printer config file. A hotend PID tuned at 240c may take a little bit longer to equalize at 200c than a hotend PID tuned at 200c will, but it'll likely be negligible for all intents and purposes.
