Great info on the aluminum frame gaskets! I had just gotten the LIM on a 3800 the same morning i read they had them for the 3800 in dealers. Got new aluminum gaskets and removed LIM, it well worth the extra trouble. I bought the aluminum elbows seperately at Advance Auto Parts. I bought my upper and lower off eBay, it included the Dorman gaskets and the EGR tube. The EGR valve I bought seperately as well., A simple check for air entering the coolant system, open the radiator cap, start the motor, watch the coolant flow past, it should be a staedy flow with no air bubbles present. 01-31-2012.
