Unfortunately, sometimes, w..., All for charging for extra services if that's your business model but when it's inconsistent per visit that's not okay. Especially when the visit is over two hours and a nail tech draws blood. She "kindly" gave me $3 off which is honestly just laughable and still charged me for a nail kit. Used to love this place but probably won't come back.
