In the late afternoon on Monday January 20th, there was a unexpected power outage in the heart of Medford Oregon that effected more than 3,000 people who use Pacific Power where effected.

Power is expected to return sometime between 4 and 7 p.m., according to police. At their peak, outages in Medford impacted more than 2,300 customers. Power has been restored for most people in the city, where only two customers were without power as of 3:40 p.m., according to MEMA’s outage map.
