Mw2 packet burst
Yup sadly same here. Now I'm getting red and orange notifications when last week it was only orange notifications. What worked for me for packet burst in Vanguard was turning off on demand texture streaming and port forwarding. Both settings have been set accordingly for mw2 but still having issues. I swear it's on the games server side.

First, some important info for PC users ONLY: When MW2 runs and it says packet burst, it just means there is a performance issue. It does NOT necessarily mean it is internet connection related.
