I think Nijiya's prepared foods are decently tasting and reasonably priced. They do have various sales where one of their prepared items are like a buck off. Most of the time, it's going to be better to reheat the food, especially if it's fried, as they're all being refrigerated. Nijiya Market is where I buy my groceries though it's not as large as Mitsuwa or Hankook, but their prices are far cheaper. Lunch bento, inari, croquettes and sashimi are a great buy. Staff always helpful and unlike other places it's not so crowded even though they may have one cashier or two they are quick and nimble.
