IMO summoner is one of the hardest classes to understand and play and there's a lot you can do with your turn. But a very basic turn would be Act Together (Boost Eidolon+Stride)+Strike+Strike. For multi target Act Together (Electric Arc+Stride)+Strike is more damage.
