Kia optima door lock problem

PSA: New Anti-Theft software update does absolutely nothing. Had my 2016 Kia Optima stolen from me early this morning across the street from my house. I don’t live in a relatively bad neighborhood, so this was very odd to see. However, I always triple check to make sure my car is locked and that all the windows are up, as I did last night.
