Beginning from the Jefferson Park area of Los Angeles, the Rollin 30’s consist of the Avenues, Denker Park, 35th, 37th, and 39th street clicks., 46 NeighborHood Crips [46NHC / 4-Sixx / Foe-Sixx / FSC] are a predominately African-American street gang located in the area of 46th Street & Western Avenue. In 2010 the Los Angeles Unified School District built a new middle school, Barack Obama Global Preparation Academy right in the central location of 46 NHC's territory, between Western Avenue and St. Andrews Place along 46th Street.
