The Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Program is a voluntary work-based program designed to assist families in becoming economically independent and self-sufficient. With the support of local agencies, FSS combines case management, education, job training, and ongoing support to aid each family in making positive changes in their lives.
Book an appointment. Applicants, current voucher participants and landlords who wish to meet with Housing Choice Voucher staff in person are strongly encouraged to book an appointment. Our Central Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Services are also available by phone, email or online. If you have questions please contact us.
