Pulling "excellent" signal strength in the T-Mobile app. I'm 780ft from the tower and it's running on 20mhz of b66. My phone (mint mobile) connected to the same tower on b4 can pull over 6 times the speed that t-mobiles gateway can, usually the gateway does about 10mbps better than my phone.
