Two kits discussed were 29893-07b which was has the 255 cams and the other is PN#27513-08b which has the 259E cams. I understand the second option includes SE Super Tuner.In my opinion and others, the 555 and the 777 underperform in the 103 configuration. I had Woods TW777, which worked well, but that being said, this configuration will be more stock as far as the engine is concerned. Meaning the pistons, heads, and whatnot will be stock. Platinum Knight Prowler Lifters.1313 posts · Joined 2009. #10 · Jul 7, 2012. 100/100 is super easy on a 103"er,105/110 is also very easy and still be a VERY reliable & ride.getting into the 110+ isnt a big deal,but gets into some issues that most riders dont want to deal with.my suggestions: set compresion @ 10.25-1. 1.900 street port heads.Zippers 575 or Crane 290-2 or S&S 570 all come to mind so does a Wood TW6. All of these are available in chain drive but if the bike will be racking up miles I would go gear drive. If gear drive is prefered the Wood TW5 could work well too, but may be noisier than the rest. The TW6 is the only "Bolt-in" grind of these.

I have 7500 mi on mine. 2002 FLHT hq0034 cams, S&S Powertune pipe, 98b's. Like. B.A 95 inch with a woods 6 with compression at 9.8-10.1 is a great running combo that will not require roller rockers , high dollar springs etc. Do not overlook other cams for great low end power. Donny Petersen wrote many books about H-D, what you may be looking for can be found in "Performancing the Twin-cam". He is a big proponent of Woods Performance and the high torque camshafts. Check the Amazon books website, the used books are generally in great shape. Personally for a heavy bike I would run a tw6, 26, or 37. You don't need roller rockers unless you are running .550 lift and above. The tw6 is a .510 lift, the 37 is a .510 lift and the 26 is a .490 lift so none of these needs roller rockers.
